The SG90 servo motor horn falls a bit short. If your load is relatively light, you can extend it further. ABS printing is highly recommended and has no trouble bonding. However, using PLA results in weak adhesive properties. A genuine servo motor horn was used to build the assembly. Unfortunately, the method of printing the tiny gear proves to be quite weak in terms of strength. As a token of appreciation, I'll upload the original SKP file for you. I don't usually share files like this, but here it is.
