SG90 Micro Servo mounting, Fusion360 source files
thingiverse
I tried to use Freecad parameters in Fusion360 but it did not work at all, and the Fusion360 remix source file was a step import with no ability to align, as it had x,y,& z offsets. Thus with trial and error I printer this on 'Ender 3' using CHEP 0.12mm (Best quality) to create my 'special' disk. Fusion360 -> utilities ->Add-ins->scrips&addins->SpurGear Properties: Pressure angle 32 Degrees, Module 0.255 (play with value, I started at 0.23 and printer up to 0.27), Teeth 20, Root file radius 0.12, Geat thickness 6, Hole size 2.2, Pith Diameter (calculated, not changed)). Unfortunately, I do not know why the script is not parametric changeable and had to redo the script for all interations. Print Settings Printer: Original Prusa I3 MK2 Printer CR20Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution:0.12 Infill: 100 It's pretty useless as is, but you can incorporate it into your own designs. Timeline available in source code so feel free to change. Just create a component from the object and 'modify' move, combine etc.
