SG - 72 Sonic Grenade (The Orville)

This is the SG-72 Sonic Grenade from The Orville series, a concept I found intriguing. Although not yet featured on the show, this design concept by Lex Cassar sparked my interest in creating a 3D printed version. The model can be successfully printed without any support material and features space for two 5mm LED lights - one within the dome at the top and another integrated into the screen on the front. Alternatively, you could opt to print the mentioned parts using translucent blue filament and insert a small flashlight instead of LEDs, saving yourself from dealing with the additional electronics. However, if you do plan to incorporate LEDs, be cautious with your build sequence, particularly when assembling the dome at the top, as this can significantly impact the overall outcome.
