These brackets are designed to mount a 92mm computer fan (e.g. Noctua NF-A9) in the hole designed for a SFX power supply. I used this in an ASRock DeskMeet B660 when converting it to use a Flex ATX power supply and increase the cooling capacity. The brackets have 6-32 threads that line up with the power supply mounting points, and larger holes to support mounting 2 fan screws. I drilled one more hole into my case for a more sturdy fan mount.
