Unproven, yet engineered to secure an SFU1204 Aluminum Housing Adapter onto a 2020 (20x20mm) AL Extrusion with bolt tension design in place. Some clearance is built-in for deformation allowance. If you print this before I do, give a heads-up on what requires adjustment. Your input will be greatly valued. This is a preliminary designed carriage assembly for a new ball-screw printer under development.
