SF Profile for Support using Alternate Extruder

SF Profile for Support using Alternate Extruder

thingiverse

The SF 50 profile presented allows printing an object on the Replicator extruder's right (T0) while using the left (T1) for support printing. To achieve this, alteration support_start and support_end gcode files are used, but T0 and T1 commands in these files don't function as expected on the Replicator. Instead, "M108 T0" / "M108 T1" is employed to switch toolheads. The Dimension plugin disrupts this process since it fails to track two distinct E values; thus, it's disabled in the attached profile. Future plans include testing support printing in ABS at a lower temperature or developing a PVA profile. Feedback is welcomed.
