Sexy Mug 3D model Perhaps when ceramic 3D printing becomes the standard practice... A cup of coffee a day can help you get through even the toughest day, and gazing at something really attractive certainly makes things easier. So the idea was pretty straightforward. Though not usable straight out as a real mug after 3D printing, it is still possible to roll the design onto a thick piece of clay to create a negative mold. Press a fresh slab of clay on top, remove the positive model, shape it into a cylinder, add a base and handle, and finally bake it using classic mug-making techniques. Someday (hopefully soon), we will finally be able to print directly with ceramic filaments (still under development in the market), bake it, and use it right away.
