I sought a way to sew cord, like paracord, straight onto fabric. For instance, I wanted to attach bunting to a string. Typical cording feet enable one to sew cord within a hem, but this design keeps the cord directly beneath the needle. To assemble it, you'll need a 2mm rod to connect the two parts together. The top section (1) needs to be sanded smooth at the bottom so that the pieces can pivot slightly.
