Printing a sewing machine bobbin that measures 20x12 mm with an undercut. The design is created as one solid piece without needing any glue. Integrated external support eliminates the need for extra supports during printing. To achieve the best results, activate the Outer Before Inner Walls and Print Thin Walls settings in Cura software. After the print job is complete, carefully remove the external support by grasping its end, then smooth out any burrs that may have formed. These bobbins have been thoroughly tested and function flawlessly.
