We decided to give our closet doors a fresh new look by painting them and upgrading the doorknobs at my wife's request, who envisioned a unique sewing button design reminiscent of Coraline. Feeling adventurous, we searched online for an STL file that matched her idea but couldn't find one. Undeterred, I took precise measurements of our existing doorknob to determine its approximate size. Within five minutes in OnShape, I had created a custom design tailored to fit our doors perfectly. The knob measures about 40mm in diameter and 30mm tall, with the part that meets the door being approximately 20mm in diameter and featuring a 4mm screw hole.
