SCENE INFORMATION The scene measures 50 by 50 kilometers in area. This model relies on OpenStreetMap data. It is designed for use in 3ds Max with V-Ray Next. The images were generated using V-Ray Next rendering software. If you're running an older version of V-Ray, the results might differ. The preview images shown are direct render outputs. System units are set to centimeters by default. This model adheres to real-world scale standards. Available export formats include a collapsed mesh option. Please contact support for further assistance. DISCLAIMER This asset is optimized specifically for use within 3ds Max and V-Ray Next. All materials used are of the V-Ray type. All light sources applied in the scene are V-Ray-enabled. Keep in mind that V-Ray material settings might not translate accurately to exported formats. As for usage with different software and rendering engines, please note that this asset is intended primarily for 3ds Max and V-Ray. GEOMETRY The model's stacking structure has been collapsed for export purposes. Each object within the scene is assigned a unique name and categorized across multiple layers. For easier organization, we've employed a layered system (buildings, highways, railroad lines, water features). Refer to the preview images for detailed information on layer composition. Note that not all residential structures were included due to data restrictions or missing OpenStreetMap information. Consult the provided preview images for a comprehensive overview of the covered area. Not all landmarks have been fully detailed or modeled; only data from OpenStreetMap was imported. The model is essentially two-dimensional, featuring no height or depth information. As for tree assets: - Polycount: 530880 polygons - Vertices: 278712 All tree elements are presented as boxes within the object properties window. Every item within the scene sits on a V-Ray plane at coordinates 0,0,0. Please be aware that the V-Ray plane will not be included in any export file. MATERIALS The entire scene operates under V-Ray material configurations. Map data is provided separately in a zip archive for easier access and editing purposes. No unwrapping process has been applied to the model. Instead, we used the UVW Map Modifier tool for applying necessary textures. LIGHT SETUP V-Ray sun and sky lighting systems have been integrated into the scene. Linear workflow rendering was used to generate images within the asset. FORMAT Supporting formats include: * 3ds Max (compatibility assured back from version 2017) * FBX format * OBJ
