Settlers of Catan
thingiverse
I'm aware that there are numerous Catan boards available, but this particular one stands out from the rest, prompting me to create a new post. The initial nine files are in .txt format, accompanied by brief explanations of quantities and how they're utilized. Several components were designed by me, while others weren't, so if I inadvertently overlooked someone's original design, please let me know so I can provide a remix link from their work. For the parts I created, Tinkercad was my go-to tool. I felt like I'd printed everything I wanted to and wasn't sure what else to tackle until I mentioned "volcano" and Catan to my apprentice. This board was crafted as a trade for a 2017 NEC Code book, which seemed fair at the time. Five weeks and over 300 print hours later, with almost a mile of printed material (that's approximately 1.6 kilometers for those outside the United States), I'm now ready to start one for my family.
