I designed Forest Tile 03 for Settlers of Catan from the ground up. It's an 80mm standard size, perfect for printing with ease. I discovered that using PLA Wood filament makes painting (with acrylic) a breeze. To get professional-looking results, use an exacto blade to carefully remove any stray filament strands caused by Z-moves.
