I'm absolutely captivated by any mythology, especially Egyptian mythology, so I seized the opportunity to create something of my own with a cyberpunk twist. That's how SET was born. To bring this character to life, I relied on ZBrush to shape him, then took his model into 3D Studio Max for retopology work. In Egyptian mythology, Set is often depicted as a ruthless usurper who brutally murdered and mutilated his own brother Osiris. Osiris' wife Isis miraculously reassembled her husband's corpse and managed to resurrect him long enough for them to conceive their son and heir Horus. Horus, fueled by revenge, relentlessly pursued Set, and the epic battles between these two legendary figures are a staple of Egyptian mythology. As a god, SET is revered as the patron deity of the desert, storms, chaos, violence, and foreigners.
