This set of five small store models was designed in Maya 2012, with a corresponding version also available in 3ds Max 2012. Both scenes feature lighting setup and are suitable for games, mobile games, mods, or real-time applications. The optimized and hand-tweaked asset includes textures hand-painted using a Wacom tablet. With a total of 3902 triangles, the textures consist of one 1024x1024 diffuse TGA and four 512x512 diffuse TGAs, along with PSD origin files. The model features a clean mesh, requires no corrections or cleaning up, is fully textured, named in English, has a pivot at 0, 0, 0 at the bottom center of the object, and includes an FBX file ready to drag and drop into game engines. Available formats include MAX, MB, OBJ, and FBX.
