A series of Necklets Torques or Choker Collars. They'll print very small, thumbnail size, so will need resizing to fit, for me, an adult male they fit well at 900%, with a little experimentation you'll get there :) The discreet collar is best printed at 100% infill, the others are fine at 20%. A charm or pendant can be attached to any of them with a small loop of 1.75mm standard filament. Enjoy :D
