I'd love to help you out! Here's a handy set of hex spacers I've designed for electronics and quadcopters. The spacers come in two sizes: M3 and M4, ranging from 5mm to 50mm (+5mm). Here are the dimensions: M3 spacers measure Ø3mm at the small end and Ø6mm at the large end. M4 spacers measure Ø4mm at the small end and Ø8mm at the large end. There's a SketchUp file that lets you create your own hex spacer with the desired height. Now, here are the instructions: To print these spacers, set your fill to 100% for heavy-duty use or try using at least 20% for static applications. Remember to place the hex face down on the bed during printing.
