Thanks to lemon66, I adapted his Session 5 mount for zero degrees (0°) lift. I printed it sideways with supports – feel free to do the same. I needed this specifically for calm and slow wildlife filming on my Nazgul 5" (an excellent quad!). Like lemon66's original design, this fits a Runcam 3 if you print it in TPU. The picture was compressed by Thingiverse – it actually has a cube shape.
