I misplaced the lock reset tool for a Sesamee combination lock. The lock is also stamped "CCL". The tool is needed to reset the combination.To use this tool:You must know the lock's current combination and open it.Do not move the combination dials from the current combination until step 6 below!Swing the shackle away to access the 1/8 inch lock reset hole at the bottom of the shackle's lock hole. (The shackle's angle does not matter, except that you need space to press this tool into the hole.)IMPORTANT: orient this tool with its handle (or call it a "flag") towards the shackle as in the photograph. Do NOT twist this tool. The 3D printed part should be strong enough to move the appropriate parts inside the lock, but it is NOT strong enough to resist breaking off inside the lock if it is twisted.Press this tool into the hole at the bottom of the shackle lock hole. You will feel it contact the reset button inside the lock (that button moves horizontally), then press harder until you feel the tool push past the top of the button which depresses it. There is about 1/4 inch of tool movement from when you feel the tool touch the button to the fully depressed point. The attached photo shows this tool fully engaged inside the lock.Move the dials to the new combination. HINT: write down both the BEFORE and the AFTER setting of the dials now. You'll need the BEFORE in case you did not do step #5 correctly, and you'll need the AFTER if this step succeeds.remove the tool (pull it straight out) and close the shackle. If you did the reset properly, the shackle will not stay locked because the dials are still at their AFTER combination settings. If the shackled does stay locked, then try the BEFORE combination to open the lock and try again.
