Servogehäuse für z.B. Hexabot

Hello everyone, I wanted to build a Vorpal Hexabot. After printing the casing, I realized that the 9G servos I had weren't really going to fit. And since I'm not a professional, I'd be lost without a SolidWorks file as a reference. Even if I import the file into SW, there are always some elements left over that can't be converted. What to do? Either redraw the original in SW and make a copy of it, or start from scratch - which would leave me facing another problem at the programming stage. So, I decided to take on the challenge myself, while orienting my positionings and spacings around the original. This led to a somewhat unusual baseplate. However, this shouldn't stop you from adding an upper part that suits your taste. The carbon-style side panels of the "Schwenker" are currently only used to determine the dimensions for the final parts. My design here is meant as a starting point for further development or perhaps someone will find my servo housing with bearings useful for another construction. If I can manage to finish and get this part running, the rest will follow naturally. For now, I've added the servoholding mount as planned. I've also added various "Schwenkerteile" so you have a choice between side or top attachment. The pockets are designed for M2.5mm threaded inserts. The Schwenker for the Futaba S3003 servo have been designed, printed and tested. I've also finished another housing with bearings for the S3003 servo, and added the files here. Parts and info for printing: * Kugellager 6x13x3.5 * Gewindeeinsätze M2.5 * Servos 9G * Printed on C-Bot CK1 nozzle 0.4 * Material PLA Volcano * Layer height 0.2/0.1 * Print speed 25/40mm/sec. * Software Simplify 3D (I reduced print speed and layer height at sensitive areas.) This part has been printed and tested. P.s. The base frame from the last image and animation will be used as a basis for a larger hexapod. The parts for the larger servos will follow. However, the design is also intended to work with a 250mm print bed - only the bottom plate would need to be milled or require a larger print area. Sorry but my brain is somehow not able to write that stuff in English.
