Based on modulebaan's design (C-rail turnout switch with servo), I modified it to suit my needs better. The base is now designed differently for left and right turnouts, making it versatile enough for regular and curved turnouts. Check out this video on YouTube to see how it works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6J5vNR-KHQ Print Settings: Printer: CTC Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 20% Notes: First Layer: 0.35mm All other Layers: 0.27mm Post-Printing: Additional required parts: To mount the servo: 2x screw M2x16 2x washer M2 To mount the whole thing to the turnout: 2x screw 2,2x4,5mm 2x washer M3 Assembly: Print the necessary part (ServoL_Schraube_Beilagscheibe_all or ServoR_Schraube_Beilagscheibe_all). The other files contain identical parts but are separate. Cut a thumbtack in half. Mount the servo using M2 screws and washers as shown in picture 3. Insert the cut thumbtack and printed arm into the base, as depicted in picture 4. Secure the cover part to prevent the arm from falling out. Ensure that it still moves freely. Do not attach the servoarm yet! Connect the servo to your decoder and set its maximum movement to avoid damage. For my decoders, this value is 26 for CVs 515-518, with a Speed-CV545 of 32. Once connected, but before attaching anything, secure the servo-arm to the servo on one side and the thumbtack on the other. Mount the whole assembly into the turnout using 2.2x4.5mm screws and M3 washers. If necessary, adjust the maximum movement of the servo slightly. Enjoy!
