Servo wheel for mobile robots

Servo wheel for mobile robots

cults3d

We are designing a wheel for building mobile robots that can be easily modified to fit various servos, including the Futaba 3003 or compatible servo. This versatile wheel has been created using openscad and can be adapted to other servos with minimal adjustments. When constructing mobile robots, it's essential to ensure that the servos are able to rotate freely without any restrictions. By doing so, we can achieve smoother and more efficient robot movement. We're currently utilizing these wheels for our educational open-source Robot: Skybot. More information on the wheel design and its applications can be found at http://www.iearobotics.com/wiki/index.php?title=Ruedas_G3_para_el_Skybot. A YouTube video showcasing the Skybot robot in action with the new wheels is available at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUrEytTOa2g. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the temporary Spanish language content and look forward to providing an English translation soon.
