This wheel is designed for the Futaba 3003 or compatible servo, but can be easily modified for other servos. Created using OpenSCAD, it's perfect for mobile robot building. To trick servos into free movement, they must be modified. These wheels are utilized in our educational open-source Robot: Skybot. For more details on the wheel, visit http://www.iearobotics.com/wiki/index.php?title=Ruedas_G3_para_el_Skybot. Check out a video of Skybot with these wheels at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUrEytTOa2g, although the links are currently in Spanish and pending translation. To assemble the wheel, print it and insert the rounded Futaba horn. Secure with two screws and trim any excess. Finally, fit a 55mm rubber O-ring.
