Servo wheel 4.0
thingiverse
The updated Servo wheel for mobile robots is now available at this link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:9071. Wheels like these are commonly used by printbots such as Miniskybot and Scout. Version 4.0 features include compatibility with three types of Futaba 3003 servo horns (rounded, 4-arms, and 6-arms), and new drills for attaching the horns, making it simpler to screw them onto the wheels. The sources can be found on the Miniskybot 2 GitHub: https://github.com/Obijuan/Miniskybot/. To use this wheel, choose the desired servo horn type, print the wheel accordingly, attach the horn to the wheel using standard screws, add an O-ring around the wheel, and finally mount it onto your robot!
