Servo Volume Control

Parts designed to complete my whole home audio volume control project. I printed a total of 10 complete assemblies so I could control 10 separate audio zones in my house from my cell phone. 1 assembly consists of: (1) main_bracket.stl - main structure which mounts a standard hobby servo to an On-Q/Legrand brand rotary volume control. *(Note that I also used 3/32" welding wire inserted into this bracket in 3 locations to give it enough strength to support the servo and adequate belt tension) (2) servo_screw_block.stl - gives the servo screws something to screw into to mount the servo to the main_bracket. (1) 48_tooth_driver_pulley.stl - mounts to the servo and serves as the driving pulley (to mount this to a servo, you will also need a servo horn kit from a Hitec brand servo, specifically part #14R-C. (1) servo_horn_cap.stl - works in conjunction with the 48_tooth_driver_pulley and Hitec 14R-C parts mentioned above. (1) 24_tooth_driven_pulley.stl - mounts to the On-Q/Legrand brand rotary volume conrol in place of the original hand-knob. (1) belt_tensioner.stl - inserts between the main_bracket and servo to maintain proper belt tension. (2) mounting_block_a.stl - spaces the circuit board of the On-Q/Legrand volume controller above the mounting surface and allows the assembly to be screwed down (2) mounting_block_b.stl - same as above, except mirrored so there can be 1 per corner. optional: wiring_bracket_mounted.stl - used to neatly mount 5 sets of speaker wire wiring_bracket_unmounted.stl - used to neatly bundle 5 sets of speaker wire servo_wiring_bracket.stl - mounts to the wiring_bracket_mounted to help route the servo wires neatly to my Raspberry Pi In addition to the 3D printed parts, also needed for each assembly is: On-Q/Legrand in-wall volume control (AU0100WHLAV1 or similar) Standard sized servo - Hitec preferred MXL Series Timing Belt, 1/8" Width, Trade No. 56mxl012 (70 teeth, Mcmaster part# 7887K15) Something to drive each servo - I used a Raspberry Pi and can control each zone from my cell phone.
