I'm crafting a 'slow stick plane' around an 8mm carbon tube core. This servo tray, accommodating two servos, glides along this carbon tube backbone. Since this is a parametric design in Fusion 360, you can tailor all dimensions to suit your requirements. Print Settings Printer: Cubicon Single at 110F Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 or less Infill: 100% Notes: ABS, PLA, or Nylon (e.g., PCTPE) - any filament will do. The model prints upright on its side. Post-Printing Simply remove the supports. Design Process I employed Fusion 360 to create this design. I incorporated parameters that can be easily adjusted to accommodate different sizes of carbon tubes.
