Servo Tilt Mount for Mobius

I created this mount for use with a mobius camera but any small cam should function in the same manner. I have mounted it on my F450 Quadcopter utilizing some sturdy velcro that I acquired from hobbyking, though zip ties would also be effective. The design enables the servos to have their full range of motion when the servo is positioned horizontally at center. The flat plate dimensions are 40mm x 60mm and the earplug holes measure 6mm. I employed a layer height of 0.2mm and ABS for increased strength. Mount the flat piece to the copter directly via velcro (or zip ties) while inserting the foam earplugs from the side into rounded holes for stability. Secure only the next part featuring holes using the foam earplugs, adding a small amount of CA glue to prevent them from shifting out. They fit quite tightly indeed. Install the camera's mount piece with the servo screwed in by positioning the output shaft in the center within the square bracket then securing it via the provided mounting holes (remove the servo horn first). To join this component with the rest of the mount, initially position the servo horn into the hole on the mobius_mount_bottom piece and secure it using the two screw holes. Then slide the servo shaft back onto the horn and tighten the screw; your setup should now be complete. Be sure to center the servo before attaching.
