Potentiometer throttle to use with servo tester, you can easily control any kind of ESC for brushless motors. Features ball bearing sleeve, fits 22mm handlebar end. NOTE: I don't know how reliable these potentiometers are, for your own safety always mount engine kill switch onto your projects ! Parts: - Ball Bearings 3.2mm (individual balls) - 6000rs bearing - Potentiometer RV24YN 20S - Threaded inserts for plastic m3 and m4 - 1x M4 round standoff 25-30mm - Screws - Extension spring - General use oil - Silicone - Cheap Chinese servo tester Assembly: Slot threaded inserts into holes using soldering Iron, M4 are for handlebar, M3 for general assembly. Insert 6000rs bearing. Add some silicone between potentiometer and base for waterproofing. Drop balls into groves align everything together: big spur gear goes first, then small gear at the same time push it onto potentiometer and put some oil on bearings. Now proceed with sliding it onto handlebar, hold it tight until secured with screws, be careful to don't loose balls :) Small gear should be a tight fit on pot, if its too tight widen it very slowly with 6mm drill bit. Servo tester mod: Just remove potentiometer from servo tester and attach new one with extension cable. If it works in reverse then swap wire on 2 outer legs of potentiometer. Most of servo testers I encountered uses potentiometer body as conductive track, In this case after pot removal you will have to solder wire between those 2 pins. I will write proper tutorial soon. https://youtu.be/rjEVVuolGIg
