Setting up an RC plane requires running the ailerons on a single servo, and two servos will be used to accomplish this. It appears that I may have designed this too small initially, so scaling it up to at least 150% is recommended. The printer settings are as follows: Corexy printing with no rafts or supports. The resolution is set to 0.1mm and the infill percentage is 50%. After printing, sanding will be necessary to achieve smooth movement, possibly accompanied by a drop of oil. A small plastic screw will be used to secure the parts in place. The holes at the bottom will make it simple to attach to the wings of a foam plane using foaming PU glue like Gorilla Glue. I designed this model freehand in Fusion360.
