Servo Protectors for ParkZone Radian Pro

Here are the custom printed protective cover for ParkZone Radian Pro servo linkages for the flap and aileron servos that shield them against impacts in a landing, thereby preventing gear stripping out entirely. These aileron protective covers boast a built-in skid plate made from durable plastic which makes landings on rough terrain easier. The left and right aileron protectors differ somewhat, having raised bulges on one side designed to accommodate pushrod tips. This custom printing process comes with provided screw bases which you can use in your printer settings or superglue directly into the wing's structure as sturdy anchor points for mounting screws. One should note that attaching screw anchors to internal cover parts does not consume extra print material. Please see photos below: How to attach and set up protective covers for Radian Pro linkages: Locate centerline on both flaps near the hinge point at a 1 cm distance and line it directly with servo wires aligned according to plane flight direction for maximum stability during operations. Using wing's straight edges helps position them properly, use ruler as needed for perfect alignment. For an easier installation you can apply glue or attach via simple adhesives to provide a convenient access during service procedures. For an easier and less damaging setup, use standard screws to ensure easy accessibility without causing damages during replacements. Place the screw holes' mark on top wing by poking through them using awl - carefully making small depressions at points indicated previously and inserting corresponding metal anchors for support Screw both screw anchors securely onto protective covers after they are firmly in position for precise adjustments. Make sure a fully equipped and complete anchor piece is installed with attached mounting screw - then superglue securely. Mount an additional flat plate over to hold level against uneven base during curing and ensure complete adherence to required alignment specifications. When adhesive cures out entirely - carefully pry covers off wing structure using hand gently pulling, thereby preserving their internal structural components while doing maintenance. With fully cured glue holding it tightly in place - return both flaps safely attached together on designated wing part securely for further operations
