thingiverse
This DIY pan/tilt assembly requires two servo motors, such as HITEC HS-422, and includes a tripod attachment for added versatility. View the photo for assembly instructions, and top it off with a Devantech TPA81 thermal sensor array. Printing suggestions include 25% infill and 3 shell layers in ABS plastic on a Thing-o-matic. Customize mounting holes based on your servos and screws, using #6 machine screws for the tilt mechanism hinge and servo mounting screws as needed. Don't forget to print two bracket files for tilt, one bracket file for servo cradling, and an optional tripod attachment. Check it out at amzsaki.com/?page_id=343 for more details.
