This design eliminates the need for nuts, unless a nut is desired. The holes may be slightly undersized, but once the screws pass through them, they should hold up well. This assembly employs the same type of screws as the original, with one exception: a longer screw is used to secure the sensor to the gantry. I achieved standard deviations of approximately .001, comparable to those obtained with a BLTouch. The parts were printed in ABS material.
