This is a custom spin of the servo mount for the Prusa i3 Rework. Check out the original design at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:400380. The first upgrade I made was adding a stiffening beam that got rid of the bending and wobbling that was happening when probing with this mount. This improvement alone did wonders for overall performance. To make things even more secure, I added rounded corners using fillets. These subtle changes significantly boost stability. The instructions for this upgrade are simple: Just print with PLA and make sure you've got supports in place before hitting the print button with Slic3r.
