Servo interface
thingiverse
Let me introduce you to a universal servo interface designed specifically for the Turtle Rover platform. This versatile device is engineered to work seamlessly with a standard servo plug and also accommodates singular goldpin connectors. It serves as an all-encompassing controlling interface for any robotic project that utilizes up to three servos. To get started, you will need the following components: - 4x M5x10, - 12x Goldpins (available at https://www.tme.eu/gb/details/2ph1-40-ua/pin-headers/adam-tech/), - 5 core cable, - 1x plug (available at https://www.tme.eu/gb/details/sp1310_p9/weipu-connectors/weipu/sp1310p9i/). For the 3D printing aspect, you will require: - Base(4001) x1, - Cover(4000) x1. In terms of tools, a soldering iron is essential for this project. Begin by removing all parts from their support. Next, prepare three bars with three goldpins each and plug them into the corresponding sockets. Then, solder them in place from the opposite side, following the scheme depicted in the accompanying photo. For an added level of convenience, you can connect the ground and positive pins together using goldpins arranged horizontally and then soldering them together. Finally, connect the base to the cover, and you are ready to enjoy your very own up to three servos project with unparalleled ease!
