Servo enclosure for Renger2000 - Believer style
thingiverse
Based on my idea of mounting servos in the wing of Ranger 2000, similar to how it's done on Believer, I've come up with a plan. Although I've never seen the Believer myself, I'm basing this on photos taken by Arxangelrc. This enclosure fits a standard 9g servo perfectly and requires only a small cavity to be cut out first, then glued in place. The servo drops right into its designated spot, with slots on either side for cable management. I actually printed a taller version of this design by mistake, but I believe this one is better suited. To get the best results, I recommend trying it out first before making any adjustments. Printing quality shouldn't be an issue, as I had it done at 0.15mm resolution with 18% infill. However, the walls are quite thin, so it's possible that printing quality may not have a significant impact. I've attached a Fusion360 file to this design, which is not parametric but can still help with any design changes you might want to make in the future.
