These two 3D-printed wheel components seamlessly integrate with standard continuous rotation servos, ideal for robot projects. Four screws securely attach the hub cap to the drive wheel and the drive wheel to the servo horn. A 45mm rubber O-ring snaps into place in the slot for enhanced traction. I utilized this wheel for a custom 3D-printed robot project showcased on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zC0FQ4O-J0c. Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Standard settings were used. Infill: A 15% infill density was chosen. Notes: The part was printed using a Flash Forge Dreamer with PLA filament. How I Designed This All parts featured in the YouTube video were designed using Design Spark Mechanical. The robot is controlled by a POLOLU 6 mini and powered by four AA batteries.
