Servo bracket to control a U.S. wall switch - v2 (bigger servo!)
thingiverse
It's been almost 3 years since I posted a bracket to mount a servo next to a light switch; here is an updated version. The old version used a micro servo, and that ended up struggling with flipping the heavy high-current switch I was using it for. This version is designed for the larger black standard-size servos. Everything else remains unchanged, so you can find the code and everything else linked from the original model on Thingiverse. One thing I didn't get a chance to fix in the 3 years since I built the first version is the fact that the little OLED display will gradually burn out if you leave it displaying the same text for too long. It's still legible enough, so I didn't bother fixing it, but the smart thing to do would be to have the display go into some kind of screensaver when not being interacted with, such as having the time appear at different spots on the display to avoid burn-out.
