As a production manager, I faced challenges with connecting rod manufacturing, prompting me to design a cutter for a serration milling application. Previously, three application engineers couldn't provide a suitable solution. I used a thread milling indexable tip from Kennametal and developed a cutter body to mount it, hoping this innovation will resolve my issue when completed.
