Serpent Neck Vase

Started modeling a serpent in Sculptris based on the popular Adalinda Dragon by Loubie. The Singing Serpent design was the inspiration for this project. The model was created to be printed with transparent or semi-transparent filament in spiral mode. The goal was not to replicate the original exactly, but to capture its essence and create a unique piece that could be printed as a vase. A base model was designed and tested through printing to identify errors and areas for improvement. The neck and head of the original design were particularly appealing, so they were enlarged in Meshmixer and combined with the rest of the body. This resulted in a distinctive new shape that maintained the essence of the original while offering something fresh.
