I required a highly adaptable hull design for a robotic boat, so I opted to utilize the Buque serie 60 - 60 Series Ship designed by saginau. Scaling it up to a length of 1249.7mm provided ample space for any type of motor, battery, and electronics. Divided into 20 segments, it can be easily converted to use water jets, sails, or any other configuration. The SCAD file includes some basic modules that allow you to rebuild every STL model as long as the serie60.stl file is in its path. Please do not delete the serie60.stl file. The singleSection(sectionNumber) module requires a number from 1 to 20 to generate one individual section. Inside this module, there's a call to the markSection(nr) module. You can remove or comment out this call if you don't want numbers printed on the sections within. You may call the singleSection(sectionNumber) module multiple times with different section numbers to produce more sections in a single STL file. The number of sections depends on your printer and its print volume, so it's essential to consider these factors when generating the design.
