Serger thread spool adapter for standard sewing machine

I have accumulated an assortment of serger-sized thread spools and was forced to employ a complicated adapter rig to ensure effortless feeding of the thread for my standard sewing machine. Unfortunately, in my latest relocation, the rig got damaged. Now I've acquired a 3D printer. This spool insert should fit most standard 2500m serger spools from well-known brands such as Toldi-Lock, Talon Surelock, Beachwood, and others. Some spools sit snugly on this adapter, while others can rest loosely. The center hole accommodates most sewing machine spool pegs. The MK2 edition features additional material at the transition from the base to the shaft. I experienced a print failure while attempting to remove it from the print bed. Also added chamfered edges on the base to facilitate easier grasping with a prying tool. The top of the adapter can be extended for improved handling and use, but my Monoprice-Select-Mini has a 4.7" tall build area, so I stopped there.
