SER 5 MAX Stackable Case

SER 5 MAX Stackable Case

A stackable case for a SER 5 MAX from beelink. I wanted to make my own little low(ish) powered rack. Decided to go With some mini pcs. Wanted to give it a bit better cooling so made up a model to replace the default case. Comes in 3 components; the main case, a bottom piece that is half height to give some extra air flow for the bottom (the cpu fan is now at the bottom), and a lid to finish the top of the stack.Tolerances aren't amazing, but it works okay. I use 3mm wide, 4mm m2 deep brass screw inserts for the standoffs. I think the default screws are ~M1.6 so its a bit different. Feel free to contact me if you want the original 360 models to make adjustments.Note on non-3d print components:3mm wide by 4mm deep brass inserts for the screwsFan is a Noctua NF-A12x25 5V to plug into USBController is a Noctua NA-FC1 to adjust fan speed via PWMNote on SER5 PRO: will mostly fit but isn't optimal, the bottom fan hole isn't offset correctly, but because it isn't as tall airflow can still get been the case bottom and the intake.
