With a path length of 10 mm and a sample volume of approximately 2.4 mL, this cuvette can be sealed with a rubber septum and used in most standard UV-Vis spectrometers. It is recommended that this design be printed with black filament to minimize light scattering. A step-by-step instructional video illustrating the assembly of the spectrometer is provided below, along with a list of materials required. Either quartz or glass windows can be utilized depending on the desired spectral range of the cuvette.
