I've been heavily involved with Greater Than Games' cooperative superhero-themed game "Sentinels of the Multiverse," which features a vast array of tokens signifying damage taken, temporary bonuses, and restrictions. Since I needed a reliable organizing system for them, I've switched to using ziplock bags, which have proven to be quite effective. They offer ample space to store all hit and status tokens included in the basic game package.
