I'm striving to preserve the appearance of a crude 3D sketch. Firstly, I sculpted it in voxels, then directly painted it on the 14 million polygon model using PBR in vertex paint with a smart material that accentuates the rough clay look. Next, I decimated and baked it to comply with Sketchfab's upload requirements. Additional_files.zip holds the 17k tris version of this model, complete with 2k textures in PNG format.
