Sensus iCon Meter Cover for Reading Pulse LED (HA Glow)
prusaprinters
A cover and sensor mount to use the pulse LED on the meter to calculate your power consumption using Home Assistant Glow. This works with Sensus iCon meters used by Georgia Power (Southern Company). Note: this is just for the sensor board that goes on the meter. This doesn't include housing the ESP board… I put mine in the crawlspace and ran a cable to the meter. You'll need a sensor board like this one. You can desolder and resolder the LED onto the flip side if you want to see the LED on the board blink in time with the meter's, but you should be able to use the board either way. On the cover, make sure to use infill that does not let light pass straight through (I used cubic). You'll also have to re-orient all the parts for printing. Sorry… this is the first time I did anything serious in CAD, and Mistakes Were Made™. That being said, I still included the FreeCAD file in case you want to make any changes. M3 screws. No supports needed.
