SENSUS 620 (R400) MOUNT FOR LJ18A3-8-Z

This watermeter proximity sensor mount is specifically designed for the the sensus 620 (R400) watermeter I have. There are more mounts on thingiverse for the sensus 620 but those have transparent knobs on top. My water meter doesn't have those knobs but does have mounting holes on the rim of the water meter. My warter meter is also located in a verry humid area (dutch: kruipruimte) and I wanted to kind of protect the sensor from moist. To be able to print the hole mount easily I designed it in two parts. One part that fits over the water meter and one parts that holds the proximity sensor. I used hot glue to glue the sensor lid's so it is easily removable. The mount is aligned and fixed to the watermeter using to small screws. I extended the sensor cable to an area with less moist and use a ESP8266 with esphome. The sensorholder is a very tight fit. The proximity sensor diameter is 18 mm. the sensor holder inner diameter is also 18 mm. I needed to sand the inside a bit to be able the fit the sensor. (Should have taken that into account when designing)
