Sensory Board Toy - Rollers
thingiverse
I'm building a sensory board for my child with a toy that I designed myself. It consists of six rollers held together by three brackets. The rollers' shafts are 11 millimeters in diameter and have holes that are precisely 11.1 millimeters in size, ensuring a snug fit. The top holes are counterbored to accommodate M4 cap head bolts perfectly. For added safety, all edges except the bottom ones are carefully rounded. To bring this project to life, I'm using my trusty Prusa i3 MK 2 3D printer and PLA material. With a 10% infill and 0.15 millimeter layer size, it takes approximately two hours and 45 minutes to print one bracket.
