SensorPush HT1 Mount
prusaprinters
In the process of building 2 x V1 Lack enclosures, I decided that I wanted to incorporate temperature and humidity monitoring - as you do.While most people seem to go for fairly standard devices I wanted something that both logged the data and was accessible remotely via an APP and web browser. As I already had several SensorPush sensors around the house, I decided that this was the logical route to go. Sensor Push - www.sensorpush.com - do not produce any sort of mount and neither do 3rd parties. Looking for a printable model also came up with a big fat zero so, I had to find an alternative solution. As I am totally useless at CAD and 3D design I had to find something similar and re-hash it.Both these models are re-makes of Wyze motion sensor mounts that I have modified to fit the SensorPush HT1 temperature/humidity sensors.I understand from SensorPush that both designs should also be ok with their HT.w and HTP.xw sensors. Simple scaling up by 0.25/0.5mm may give either design a better fit.Model A was originally designed by (and thanks to) Foden7 - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4683738 - and is very suitable for a semi-permanent installation. It is a very secure - AKA a tight - fit so I did not choose this one for the Lack enclosure. However, I will be using it elsewhere as it is a very tidy solution.NOTE: It is easy to insert the sensor into this mount, it is, however, not so easy to remove it.Care needs to be taken not to break the mount when removing the sensor. Keep the STL file as you may need to re-print it!Model B was originally designed by (and thanks to) HDrMe https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4125346 - and is an easy slide-in/slide-out mount that was perfect for the Lack enclosure. It is a snug fit but very easy to remove from tight spaces. This model can be stuck anywhere using double-sided tape.Personally, I have printed both models with a 0.2mm layer height in eSun PETG.If anyone comes up with a better design, please let me know. Enjoy!
