I've designed a small mount for a LJ12A3-4-Z/BX Inductive Proximity Sensor (NPN DC6-36V 4mm NO). Best use with a sheet metal buildplate. Sensor diameter is 12mm, you need two M3x6 screws to mount. I've used a PC817 optocoupler and a 4.7k resistor to adjust voltage I got from connector on the mks robin nano 1.3 clone board.
